OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 15, 2017, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-247 dated July 24, 2015; and (
b) assign supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, who may also be described as the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
