h) of
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1970, the Saint Mary's University Act, 1970, as amended by
Chapter 107 of the Acts of 1982, is pleased, on the recommendation of the Board of Governors of Saint Mary's University, to reappoint John S. Fitzpatrick of Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Board of Governors of Saint Mary's University for a term of office commencing December 1, 1998, and ending November 30, 2001.
