Order in Council 709/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Veterinarians Act ,

K. Joy Levison of Oro-Medonte

is reappointed as a part-time public interest representative member of the Council of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario for a term commencing June 26, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022.

And pursuant to

section 4 of the Veterinarians Act , when serving as a part-time member of the Council K. Joy Levison shall be paid remuneration and any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses the appointee may incur in the performance of the duties of a part-time member of the Council in accordance with the levels set out in Management Board of Cabinet directives.
