OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated July 18, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approved the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into a reconciliation agreement respecting Canadian Registration Numbers for boilers and pressure equipment, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement, effective on and after July 30, 2019.
