OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated November 25, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway, being a 5.5 kilometer section, more or less of the Middletown Road, at or near Middle Melford, County of Guysborough, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation.
