Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 12, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 9A of

Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , effective November 18, 2025, hereby: (

a) appoints the Honourable Tory Rushton as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Emergency Management; (

b) appoints the Honourable Trevor Boudreau as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Growth and Development; (

c) revokes the appointment of the Honourable Susan Corkum-Greek as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage in the Minister’s capacity as Minister responsible for Tourism; (

d) appoints the Honourable Susan Corkum-Greek as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Opportunities and Social Development; and (

e) revokes the appointment of Chris Palmer as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration.
