OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act dated October 28, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased to, effective November 8, 2010: (
a) revoke the appointment of Vicki Harnish as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-543 dated December 19, 2003; and (
b) appoint Margaret MacDonald as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
