Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Opportunities and Social Development dated February 25, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act , Sections 3 and 6 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2024, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Continuation Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby: (

a) revokes the appointment of Phil Warren of Kings County as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2022-223 dated August 31, 2022, effective March 31, 2025; and (

b) revokes the appointments of June MacNeil and Paul Spicer, both of Kings County, as members of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-96 dated March 7, 2024, effective March 31, 2025.
