On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended as set out in the attached appendix. — J. MURRAY,

Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection ; G. CAMPBELL, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.

Appendix

1 The Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended in

section 3.05 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) every 14 days, every killing trap or killing snare set by that licence holder.

Schedule 3.07 is amended

(

a) for Region 6 Black Bear, by striking out "Oct. — May 31*" and substituting "Oct. 1 — May 31*",

(

b) for Region 7 Black Bear, by striking "Oct. 15 — May 31" and substituting "Oct. 1 — May 31",

and

(

c) for Region 2 Weasel, by adding "*" after "Nov. 1 to Feb. 15".

Schedule 3.08 is amended in Region 2 by adding "WEASEL: NO OPEN SEASON FOR LONG-TAILED WEASEL IN M.U.s 2-03, 2-04, 2-06, 2-18, and 2-19".

Schedule 3.09 is repealed and the following substituted:
