Order in Council 1773/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008 , as amended,

Kip Daechsel of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
