Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-387 dated August 16, 2001, respecting the conveyance of land at Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the Halifax Regional Municipality, by striking out

Schedule "A" referred to therein and substituting

Schedule "A" which is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation.
