Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement with respect to Crown land at Brooklyn, Queens County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Bowater Mersey Paper Company Limited (formerly, Mersey Paper Company Limited), a body corporate, with a registered office at Liverpool, Queens County, for the consideration of $15,000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
