OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 3, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2007, the Gunshot Wounds Mandatory Reporting Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the mandatory reporting of gunshot wounds in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 31, 2008, with retroactive effect to June 1, 2008.
