OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated May 9, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated March 2, 2019 to substantially alter the Westport United Baptist Church, a registered provincial heritage property located at 50 Wellington Street, in the Village of Westport on Brier Island, Digby County, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
