Section 15 of
Chapter 109 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Court Houses and Lockup Houses Act , is pleased to repeal the regulations respecting the management and operation of penal institutions, N.S. Reg. 32/79, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 79-197 dated February 20, 1979, effective on and after June 16, 2015.
