OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 17, 2003, pursuant to

Section 42 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to order that the Civil Service Act and Regulations shall apply in whole to Andy Hare, Marvyn Robar and Howard Lake, effective on and from February 28, 2003 and for the purposes of determining the length of service of Andy Hare, Marvyn Robar and Howard Lake the Civil Service Act and Regulations shall apply effective July 30, 2001.
