OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated November 22, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 72(

a) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation to approve the borrowing to support the capital expenditures to upgrade Casino Nova Scotia's operations.
