LOI SUR LES ACCIDENTS DU TRAVAIL Moved by the Honourable Minister Marcelino Motion de Mme la ministre Marcelino THAT Bill be amended in Clause 3 (

a) in the proposed

section 30.1, by striking out "the day this

section comes into force" and substituting "May 31, 2021"; and (

b) by renumbering the proposed

section 30.1 as subsection 30.1(1) and adding the following as subsection 30.1(2): Il est proposé que le projet de loi soit amendé dans l'article comme suit :

a) l'article 30.1 est amendé par substitution, à « à la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent

article », de « le mai 2021 »;

b) l'article 30.1 devient le paragraphe 30.1(1) et il est ajouté ce qui suit : Regulations 30.1(2) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations respecting payments under subsection (1) in relation to deaths that occurred between May 31, 2021, and the coming into force of this section.
