Order in Council 116/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stephanie Kepman was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 114/2018 dated January 24, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , Stephanie Kepman of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
