Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting extended producer responsibility for packaging, paper products and packaging-like products, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 1, 2023.
