B.C. Reg. 31/2020 , deposited February 24, 2020, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated February 23, 2020.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum

Resources, order as follows:

(

a) the prohibition established by B.C. Reg. 102/67 is revoked, any mineral or

placer reserve established by B.C. Reg. 102/67 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 102/67 is

repealed;

(

b) the mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 310/94 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 310/94

is repealed;

(

c) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals established by B.C. Reg. 302/96

over the following site is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 302/96 is repealed:

BRACKENDALE

Vancouver Mining Division

New Westminster Land District .
