Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09reappoint Cindy Bourgeois of Amherst, Cumberland County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing March 2, 2007 and ending February 10, 2011; \x09(b)\x09determine the remuneration for Cindy Bourgeois to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2006-58 dated February 10, 2006 as amended from time to time by the Governor in Council.
