Under the authority of subsection 43.5(2) of the Judicature Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Judicial Area

The area set out in the

Schedule is designated as a judicial area in which the Supreme Court of Newfoundland

and Labrador Trial Division - Family Division shall operate.

These regulations come into force on June 1, 2010.

Schedule

All the area from Grey River west along the South coast of the island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador to Channel-Port aux Basques, then north to include the whole of the Great Northern Peninsula and west to the turnoff of the Trans Canada Highway to routes 420 and 421 to Jacksons Arm and the Beaches respectively, to include all of the communities along both routes 420 and 421.
