On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 28 (1) and (2) of the Pay Equity Act , Caroline Rowan of Toronto be reappointed as part-time deputy presiding officer and redesignated as alternate presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of August 6, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
