OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 19, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Paradise, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 05123047 as well as land at Dalhousie, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 05139027, 05180088, 05138995, and 05138961, shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from D. Bent Logging Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $270,000.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that D. Bent Logging Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
