Order in Council 835/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act ,

Michael Fox of Fort William First Nation

be reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the later of June 6, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
