Order in Council 115/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 15 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 (“Act), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) be assessed in each fiscal year beginning April 1, 2019 with respect to all expenses and expenditures that the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) and the Ministry of Finance have incurred and made under the Act and any other act that confers powers or assign duties to the Tribunal, and the assessment shall be determined in the manner prescribed by O. Reg. 144/19 (Assessments) made under the Act.
