OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 24, 1998, pursuant to
Section 17 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1995 96, the Medical Professional Corporations Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia of amendments to the regulations respecting medical professional corporations approved by Order in Council 96 637 dated August 28, 1996, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
