Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to assign responsibility for the Canadian Forces Reservists Protection Act,
Chapter 13 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2006, to the Minister responsible for Military Relations, effective on and after April 24, 2007.
