Order in Council 1143/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Chris Kauztky was reappointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 6, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1366/2022;

And

whereas Chris Kauztky tendered his resignation effective May 30, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Order in Council O.C. 1366/2022 be revoked effective May 30, 2025.
