OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated November 18, 2008, and pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2008-312, dated June 3, 2008, by deleting the words, "and Roseanne Pye" in clause (

b) of the Order.
