Order in Council 67/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 16(1) and 16(4) of the Justices of the Peace Act , His Worship Herbert Helmut Kreling, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of February 4, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
