Order in Council 333/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

By Order in Council O.C. 234/2021, Alan Smith of Pickering was appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee to serve as chair of the Resources Services Sector Audit Committee subcommittee. Mr. Smith resigned effective December 24, 2021.

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act, Order in Council O.C. 234/2021 is revoked effective December 24, 2021.
