Order in Council 464/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Buy Ontario Act, 2025

March 30, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Buy Ontario Act, 2025 , c. 27, which repeals the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022 , comes into force:
