Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Accessibility Act dated September 5, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased, effective November 1, 2019, to:

a) revoke the appointments of Irene Campbell-Taylor of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, and Amy Parsons of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Nova Scotia Accessibility Advisory Board made by Order in Council 2018-27 dated February 8, 2018; and

b) appoint James McCorry of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, and Linda Campbell of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Accessibility Advisory Board each for a term of three years.
