OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated January 24, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 29 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2003, the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the automotive glass technician trade in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 29, 2012.
