OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 28, 2000, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 139,055 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Dartmouth, Halifax County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, together with a right of way easement in favour of the owners, their heirs, successors, executors and assigns of Lot 71AY, as described in

Schedule "A" for the purpose of egress and ingress to said Lot 71AY; (

b) convey the said land to Les Immeubles Cabano Inc., a company registered in the Province of Quebec, for the price of $1.00 and other valuable considerations; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
