OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 12, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective October 25, 2006, to: (
a) assign responsibility for military relations to the Honourable Murray Scott, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Military Relations; and (
b) direct that all affairs and matters relating to military relations be attached to the Department of Justice for administrative purposes.
