OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated September 22, 1998, pursuant to subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5) of

Section 151, to subsection (2) of

Section 152 and to subsections (1) and (2) of

Section 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Jim Sapp of Liverpool, Region of Queens Municipality, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a further term of office of one year commencing October 1, 1998 and ending September 30, 1999; (

b) appoint Elwood Dillman of Hantsport, Hants County, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of office of three years commencing October 1, 1998 and ending September 30, 2001; (

c) determine the remuneration of Jim Sapp and Elwood Dillman to be at the rate of $150.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their duties.
