OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated May 24, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Jim Kavanaugh of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (New Waterford), as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing July 4, 2019; and (
b) appoint Carol Barr of Lantz, Hants County as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing July 4, 2019.
