Order in Council 1690/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of November 23, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal, by Order in Council O.C. 7/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 7/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
