OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie and the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated March 15, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act and
Section 6 of
Chapter 26 of the Acts of 2004, the French-language Services Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie and the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage entering into the Canada-Nova Scotia Agreement on French-language Services, 2018-2019 to 2022-2023, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications that the Ministers deem necessary, effective on and after April 16, 2019.
