OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated May 6, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2010, the Public Sector Compensation Disclosure Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting exemptions from the disclosure requirements of the Act for certain public sector bodies in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 2, 2015.
