OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated October 30, 1998, pursuant to
Section 5 and subsection 6(1) of
Chapter 17 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Paul Christie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board for a further term of office commencing November 1, 1998, and ending October 31, 1999; (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board, each for a term of office commencing November 1, 1998, and ending October 31, 2000: Darrell Garland of Kentville, Kings County; Sheila Campbell of Trenton, Pictou County; Bradford Townsend of Truro, Colchester County; Charles Henman of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Michael D. Bren of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; David Thomson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
c) appoint George MacLean of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board for a term of office commencing November 1, 1998, and ending October 31, 2001.
