OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated February 18, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, is pleased to nominate for appointment by the Council of Maritime Premiers, as a member of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission, Jim Cameron of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as one of the two members representing Nova Scotia, for a term of office, not exceeding three years, as determined by the Council of Maritime Premiers upon their approval.
