OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 20, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Gabarus Lake, Cape Breton and Richmond Counties, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 75192849, 75192856, 75195420, 75195321, 75195339, 75195347, 75195354, 75195362, 75195370, 75195388, 75195438, 75195404, 15833338, 15833346, 15833361, 75195446, 75194506, 75195396 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Seashore Properties Ltd., its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $210,960 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Seashore Properties Ltd., its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
