Order in Council 524/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1632/2024 dated December 12, 2024, Robin Horwath of Blind River was appointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission;

And

whereas Robin Horwath has resigned;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002 Order in Council numbered O.C. 1632/2024 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
