On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Water Regulation, B.C. 204/88, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Section 44 (3) (

a) of the Water Regulation, B.C. 204/88, is amended by striking out "

Part 11 " and substituting "

Part 9 ".

b) is amended by adding " heat exchangers (residential) ".

Part 1, Item 4 (

a) is amended by adding " (industrial or commercial) " after " heat exchangers ".

Part 2 is amended in the heading of Column 5 by adding " and each subsequent year " after " Year 2009 ".
