OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 12, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of an additional grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Colchester East Hants Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed $51,000,000 (fifty-one million dollars) over the period of 2007/08 to 2012/13 for the redevelopment project at the Colchester Regional Hospital, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
