OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 26, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 672.38 of
Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Dr. Syed Naveed Akhtar of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of three years commencing March 18, 2004; and (
b) determine the remuneration of Dr. Syed Naveed Akhtar to be at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
